Zakk scored the first goal of the game, sending the puck in between the goalie’s legs and putting the Sidewinders on the board. Even down on the ice, he could hear his sister’s whistle and shout of, “That’s my big brother!”

Ducking his head slightly, he tried not to laugh.

“Is your sister here?” Jamie skated back to the bench with him.

“Yup.” Zakk grinned.

“That was loud!”

“Good job, Zakkie!” Cody nudged him. “Nice set of lungs on your sister, too!”

Zakk laughed. Danielle was probably his biggest fan and he was hers; he was equally obnoxious when he got to see her play.
